FastMath is operated by Hafsa Beril Saglam (an individual developer, “we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using FastMath you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use FastMath on devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms.
Subscriptions
- FastMath Pro is a recurring subscription. Pricing is shown in the app and on the App Store at the time of purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- No refund is provided for the unused portion of any period unless required by applicable law.
Acceptable Use
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to circumvent in-app purchases, subscriptions, or rewarded-ad mechanics.
Disclaimers
FastMath is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores or game state will always be preserved.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
